Program overview
Cardie (operated by Mahy Group LLC) sends transactional / service SMS about yard card display orders and service — for example booking confirmations, payment/status updates, and install reminders.
Brand name in messages: Cardie. Message frequency varies based on the user’s orders and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to resubscribe after opting out.
How users opt in (Call to Action)
End users may opt in on the Cardie website when creating an account. Opt-in is voluntary and is not required to finish signup. The primary consumer path is https://hicardie.com/signup/customer. Other Cardie signup roles use the same phone field and consent controls.
- Open the Cardie signup page from the marketing site or a local route page.
- Enter name, mobile phone number, email, and password.
- Read the messaging disclosure under the phone field (quoted below) and open the linked Terms and Privacy Policy if desired.
- Optionally check the unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox. Checking the box is voluntary. You can create an account and complete signup without it. If you leave it unchecked, Cardie will not send SMS and will use email instead.
- Submit the form to create the account.
Users may also add or change a mobile number later at account profile settings (after signing in). Adding or changing a number shows the same disclosure and optional unchecked consent checkbox. Saving the number does not require checking the box.

Campaign description (for Twilio Console)
Copy the following into the campaign “Campaign description” field when submitting. It names the registered legal entity, the Cardie website, and the same customer-care use case as the live site.
Cardie (brand of Mahy Group LLC; website https://hicardie.com) sends transactional SMS for its yard card service (order updates, status texts, and related service messages). Messages are sent only to household customers and local route operators who provided a mobile number and opted in by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box at https://hicardie.com/signup/customer. Checking the box is voluntary and is not required to create an account, use the service, or complete a purchase. If the box is left unchecked, Cardie does not send SMS and uses email instead. After opt-in, end users receive order confirmations, payment/status updates, install reminders, and related service texts. Cardie does not send marketing blasts to purchased or rented lists. Message frequency varies with each customer's schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
Message Flow text (for Twilio Console)
Copy the following into the campaign “How do end-users consent to receive messages?” / Message Flow field when submitting:
Cardie is a brand of Mahy Group LLC. The public website is https://hicardie.com. End users may opt in on the Cardie website during account registration at https://hicardie.com/signup/customer (also used for other Cardie signup roles). The user enters their mobile phone number on the signup form. Directly below the phone field, Cardie displays this disclosure: "By providing your mobile number and checking the optional box below, you agree to receive SMS messages from Cardie regarding your account and yard card services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You may create an account and use Cardie without checking this box; we will contact you by email instead." Links to Terms of Service (https://hicardie.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://hicardie.com/privacy) appear next to the phone field. The user may optionally check an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox labeled: "I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Cardie about my account and yard card service (order updates, status texts, and related service messages). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of creating an account." Checking the box is voluntary. Account creation, service signup, and purchase can complete whether or not the SMS consent box is checked. Cardie sends SMS only if the box is checked. If the box is left unchecked, Cardie contacts the user by email instead. Users may also add or change a mobile number later at https://hicardie.com/dashboard/profile, where the same disclosure, Terms/Privacy links, and optional unchecked consent checkbox are shown; saving a phone number does not require checking the box. Opt-in details and a visual walkthrough are also published at https://hicardie.com/sms. Messages are transactional/service texts (order confirmations, payment/status updates, install reminders, and related service texts). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
